Focused analysis can be provided at any stage of design or construction, although the greatest savings are typically achieved through early involvement. Design, building systems, materials, constructability, procurement, schedule, technology, and international sourcing are evaluated to improve performance, reduce unnecessary costs, protect design intent, and strengthen project viability.

More than three decades of construction experience support hands-on general contracting from preconstruction through closeout, emphasizing planning, field coordination, quality, safety, schedule control, budget discipline, and clear communication with the owner and project team.
Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR)
Early Collaboration. Greater Cost Certainty.
Early involvement during design supports cost estimating, constructability reviews, scheduling, procurement planning, and value optimization. Once the scope is sufficiently developed, the project can proceed under a Guaranteed Maximum Price, with the CMAR assuming responsibility for construction as the general contractor.
